Travel:

Zone A — 0–30 min | No travel fee Local work, absorbed into your base rate.

Zone B — 30–60 min | +$50–75 A modest add-on to cover time and fuel without scaring off clients.

Zone C — 60–90 min | +$100–150 This is your current outer edge. Should meaningfully offset a 3-hour round trip.

Zone D — 90-120 min | $175

Zone D — 90-120 min | $175 - Custom / by quote Anything beyond this, you negotiate individually — or require a minimum day rate.
